Asset Management

WNC provides a broad range of asset management services to institutional investors in affordable and multifamily housing. We oversee a national portfolio valued at over $5.4 billion, which ranks among the largest multifamily real estate portfolios in the nation. Our supervision is frequent and thorough, beginning when a property is purchased and continuing through all phases of development: construction, preleasing, leasing, and stabilized operations.

We monitor each asset at every step with an objective to minimize risk and maximize the financial performance and compliance with IRS and other applicable housing guidelines. Throughout this process, our asset management team tracks and stores data on the performance of each property using WNC's own custom designed database that organizes, stores and reports information on more than 100 key operating elements of each property.
